Chef Isaac Bernstein
Culinary Director of RC Hospitality Group
Chef Isaac Bernstein serves as the Culinary Director for RC Hospitality Group, overseeing the culinary programs at Reserve Cut and the soon to be opened Reserve Cut Park. Chef Bernstein boasts a lifelong career in the restaurant industry and worked his way through every position.
Chef Bernstein began his formal education with his apprenticeship at the San Francisco Baking Institute where he quickly became a great bread baker and gained exposure fast by staging at prominent restaurants and bakeries across the country. After interning as a prep cook for local kosher restaurants, he moved to Northern California where he opened a catering business that served both kosher and non kosher communities. Bernstein then went on to develop the food service program at Pomegranate, a renowned kosher market in the North East. Between his catering business and work with Pomegranate, Chef Bernstein gained notoriety in the Kosher food world.
In April of 2024, Bernstein was hired as the Culinary Director for Reserve Cut after maintaining a long-standing relationship with founder, Albert Allaham. Bernstein ensures Reserve Cut maintains excellence throughout quality, recipes, direction and service, as well as creating the menu alongside the executive chef for the soon to be opened Reserve Cut Park.
