Alex Teisanu serves as the VP of Operations for RC Hospitality Group, overseeing upscale eatery Reserve Cut, with locations in Manhattan's Financial District and soon to be opened Park Ave. Teisanu boasts an impressive resume having worked with Michelin-starred restaurants and top tier establishments across the globe like La Table d’Antonio Salvatore, New York’s Casa Limone and Atlantic Grill, Rampoldi New York, A Voce, Sant Ambroeus and more.
Hailing from Romania, Teisanu moved to New York City at the age of 22 after graduating with a degree in hospitality to fulfill his longtime goal of working within the city’s bustling culinary scene. Within his first three years of working, Teisanu rose through the ranks moving from server all the way to Maitre D’ and manager. Working alongside the likes of Andrew Camellini, Missy Robbins and Hillary Sterling, he became passionate about the level of detail of fine dining establishments and was inspired by the work ethic and care for the art of hospitality that he saw in his colleagues.
In May of 2024, Teisanu was tapped by Albert Allaham, Founder of RC Hospitality Group, to assist in leading the brand to becoming a well known brand across the country and beyond. Teisanu brings his years of experience to grow the Reserve Cut brand and maintain the highest level of excellence in hospitality.
